The Structural Fitness Assessment is broken into three parts: 1. Nutrition, we'll discuss your nutrition goals and do a basic body composition measurement. 2. Structural, we'll discuss and assess your movement characteristics. 3. Current fitness, we'll ask you to perform a series of movements, and physical tasks to assess your current fitness level. From this assessment we'll design your initial month's program.
